This renaming marks the most notable among the 28 changes listed by the Dubai Land Department. The Sheikh Zayed Road stretch in Dubai boasts a myriad of buildings, hosting apartments, offices, hotel apartments, and rooms. Recognized for its proximity to landmarks and key areas such as Downtown, Business Bay, JLT, and Dubai Marina, the neighborhood is a preferred choice for investors, renters, and tourists, as highlighted by the property classifieds website Bayut.
