Ras Al Khaimah (RAK) is set to host its longest New Year’s Eve (NYE) celebration, featuring a spectacular 15-minute fireworks and laser drone show. The event aims to break more world records with a display that unfolds in three acts, showcasing the emirate’s natural beauty and cultural heritage.
A Dazzling Display
Themed “Our Story in the Sky,” the show combines drone artistry with innovative laser technology to create stunning visuals. Iconic symbols of Ras Al Khaimah will be formed by drones, lighting up the night sky as part of this grand celebration. The event is orchestrated by SKYMAGIC for drone displays and Grucci for fireworks.
Free Entry and Family-Friendly Activities
Entry to the NYE festival is free, with designated areas for families and bachelors. The celebration will take place along the picturesque waterfront from Marjan Island to Al Hamra Village. Attendees can enjoy live music performances, children’s activities, food trucks, and more throughout the day.
Parking and Camping Facilities
RAK provides six designated free parking zones capable of accommodating over 20,000 vehicles, with online pre-registration required. For those looking to extend their experience, the Rams Parking zone offers free BBQ facilities and camping areas for caravans, RVs, and tents.

Last year, Ras Al Khaimah’s NYE show achieved two Guinness World Records titles: the Longest Chain of Aquatic Floating Fireworks and the Longest Straight-Line Drones Display.
