The Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs, and Port Security has launched a convenient Friend or Relative Visa service for UAE residents. This service allows residents to invite friends and relatives to the UAE for stays ranging from 30 to 90 days. The application process is simple and can be completed online through the authority’s website or mobile application.
Flexible Visa Options
Applicants can choose between single or multiple-entry visas, with a validity period of up to 60 days for entry. Extensions are possible during the stay, ensuring flexibility for visitors. To apply, residents must log in with their digital identity, select the desired visa type, and verify their details before submission.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the visa, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Hold a valid passport with at least six months of validity remaining.
- Provide a travel ticket and valid health insurance.
- Be a friend or relative of a UAE citizen or foreign resident of the first or second degree.
