Traffic Builds Up Around Dubai World Trade Centre
Dubai residents heading to Big 5 Global at Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) from 24–27 November should expect intense traffic and limited parking availability. The event will draw thousands of visitors, which will increase delays on roads surrounding the venue.
Dh25 Parking Fee Activated in Major Events Zone
Parkin announced a variable parking tariff for the Major Events Parking zone (Code X) during the exhibition. The fee now stands at Dh25 per hour, which can make full-day parking extremely expensive.
Visitors who plan to stay long at the show may end up paying a large amount, making other transport options far more cost-effective.
Use Public Transport for a Smooth Trip
Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) urges visitors to use public transport to avoid congestion. The DWTC Metro Station sits directly next to the venue, giving attendees the fastest and most affordable way to reach the event.
Alternative Parking Options
Drivers who prefer using their cars should consider alternative parking areas near the venue and continue to the DWTC by Metro or taxi. This approach reduces both stress and travel time.
