Real estate master developer Nakheel has introduced the first villas available for purchase on the Palm Jebel Ali island. This project, covering an area of 13.4 square kilometers, is twice the size of the Palm Jumeirah. The masterplan for this palm-shaped island was revealed by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.
The release focuses on four fronds offering Coral and Beach villas, available in eight different styles. The villa designs draw inspiration from the natural beauty of calm blue waters, white beaches, and pristine surroundings that residents will enjoy. The units feature floor-to-ceiling windows providing panoramic views of the private beaches and boast a soft and neutral palette with luxury finishes.
The development emphasizes health and well-being, featuring wide walkable streets, access to the beach for pedestrians and cyclists through pocketed parks, and a predominantly green frond streetscape with ample shading from trees. This project aims to set a new global benchmark for waterfront living and establish Palm Jebel Ali as a world-class lifestyle destination.
