In a bid to enhance accessibility, Ajman residents now have the convenience of traveling to Global Village via a new inter-emirate bus service, offering seamless access to the popular attraction’s 28th season. Global Village, renowned for its expansive open-air offerings encompassing culture, entertainment, dining, and shopping, becomes more accessible to a wider audience.
The initiative, jointly announced by Ajman Transport Authority and Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) on December 1, introduces a dedicated bus service connecting Ajman to Global Village, a hub of diverse experiences in Dubai.
Key details of the inter-emirate bus service include:
- Operational Schedule: The bus service operates seven days a week, providing flexibility for residents to plan their visits to Global Village.
- Fare Structure: A single trip on the inter-emirate bus service costs Dh25, making it an affordable and convenient option for Ajman residents.
- Payment Options: Travelers can pay for the bus trip using either cash or the ‘Masaar Card.’ The Masaar Card serves as a smart payment card designed for settling public bus fares in the emirate of Ajman, adding a convenient cashless payment option for passengers.
This initiative not only facilitates travel for Ajman residents but also contributes to the inclusivity of Global Village, allowing a broader audience to partake in the cultural and entertainment offerings during its 28th season.
