Under the supervision of His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, a committee has been formed to study requests from affected citizens and prioritize the repair and rehabilitation of their damaged homes. Coordination between various authorities is in place to implement action plans and provide support to affected citizens. His Highness Sheikh Hamdan also directed the Dubai Land Department and the Real Estate Regulatory Authority to coordinate with developers and residential complex management companies to facilitate the return to normalcy without additional fees, including providing alternative accommodation, food supplies, sterilization, pest control, security services, internal cleaning, and insurance claim assistance.
