Dubai’s GGICO Metro Station will officially adopt a new name, Al Garhoud Metro Station, starting April 14, 2024. The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) announced the change on April 11 via a post on X, marking the updated station name on the Dubai Metro map.
Recent Metro Station Name Changes
Last month, Al Khail Metro Station underwent a similar rebranding, now known as Al Fardan Exchange. The RTA finalized a naming rights agreement with the financial service provider, solidifying the change.
