H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, welcomed international delegations ahead of the opening of the Dubai Airshow. He shared the message on his official account on X on Sunday, as Dubai prepares to host its biggest aviation exhibition to date.

Record Number of Delegates and Visitors

Sheikh Mohammed confirmed that this year’s Dubai Airshow will host delegations from 115 countries, along with 490 civilian and military representatives. The event also expects around 150,000 visitors, making it one of the largest global gatherings in the aviation sector.

Latest Innovations in Aviation and Defence

The five-day event will showcase the newest breakthroughs in global aviation, airport technology, defence systems, and aerospace development. Organizers will display more than 200 advanced aircraft, including commercial jets, private aircraft, military planes, and next-generation unmanned systems.

Spotlight on Space Technology

A dedicated space technology exhibition and conference will run alongside the main event. This addition reflects the UAE’s growing influence in the global space industry and its commitment to expanding innovation in this field.

Sheikh Mohammed expressed pride in hosting the largest edition of the Dubai Airshow. He emphasized the UAE’s position as a key international hub for aviation and reaffirmed the country’s commitment to supporting industry growth and strengthening global cooperation.
