Dubai has introduced new parking fees and extended timings for zone F parking slots, effective February 1. Parkin PJSC, the largest operator of paid public parking facilities in Dubai, implemented these changes to enhance parking management in key areas.

The updated fees apply to parking slots in the following locations:
- Al Sufouh 2
- The Knowledge Village
- Dubai Media City
- Dubai Internet City
Updated Parking Rates
The new parking rates for zone F are as follows:
- 30 minutes: Dh2
- 1 hour: Dh4
- 2 hours: Dh8
- 3 hours: Dh12
- 4 hours: Dh16
- 5 hours: Dh20
- 6 hours: Dh24
- 7 hours: Dh28
- 24 hours: Dh32
Previously, the rates were:
- 1 hour: Dh2
- 2 hours: Dh5
- 3 hours: Dh8
- 4 hours: Dh11
Extended Paid Parking Hours
Paid parking hours in zone F have been extended from 8 AM to 10 PM, compared to the previous duration of 8 AM to 6 PM.
Upcoming Variable Parking Tariff Policy
These changes precede the implementation of the Variable Parking Tariff Policy, set for March 2025. Under this policy, premium parking spaces will cost Dh6 per hour, while other public paid parking spaces will be charged Dh4 per hour during peak hours (8 AM to 10 AM and 4 PM to 8 PM).
Off-Peak Hours and Free Parking
Parking fees will remain unchanged during off-peak hours (10 AM to 4 PM and 8 PM to 10 PM). Additionally, parking will be free from 10 PM to 8 AM and all day on Sundays.
