One of the festival’s highlights will be the fireworks and drone displays, scheduled from December 1-3. These shows will light up the night sky with colors representing the UAE flag, creating stunning visual designs that celebrate national pride.
Photography Competition and Exhibition
The festival invites photography enthusiasts to participate in a photography competition focused on capturing the spirit of Eid Al Etihad. Additionally, a photography exhibition at the Memory of the Nation Pavilion will showcase rare images documenting 53 years of the UAE’s progress and unity, with a special tribute to the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan.
Heritage Caravan Experience
A key feature of the festival is the National Dhow Caravan, which recreates traditional Emirati practices. Visitors can experience the resilience and ingenuity of ancestors who navigated challenging terrains while transporting goods.
1,000km Walking Initiative
The festival will culminate in a symbolic 1,000km Walking Initiative, representing unity, determination, and patriotism among participants.

As part of the National Identity Strengthening Initiative, a carnival celebrating the most beautiful traditional Emirati attire will take place. Participants are encouraged to wear traditional garments inspired by Emirati heritage.
Folk Bands and Cultural Performances

Falconry and Saluki Shows

Union Walls for Messages
Visitors will find three massive Union Walls at the entrance, inviting them to leave messages and wishes for the nation. These walls will serve as a lasting testament to the pride and love expressed by citizens and visitors alike.
